Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and articulate issues using data, conversations with agents, and feedback from carriers.

• Take ownership of the roadmap for carrier discovery and access.

• Determine which problems are worth addressing and substantiate decisions with logical reasoning.

• Manage the Carrier Store comprehensively, including workflows for over 150 carrier processes.

• Collaborate with carrier partners and the US-based business team regarding access requirements and go-to-market timelines.

• Facilitate a unified understanding of issues among engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, and support teams.

• Establish and monitor KPIs such as the duration from request to access and conversion rates, prioritizing based on impact.

• Complete the recruitment process that includes a case study assignment and presentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently or have most recently held a position as a Product Manager, ideally with 4+ years of experience.

• You have managed a product fully from start to finish: conducting your own discovery, performing your own data analysis, and engaging in direct conversations with users and partners.

• You possess the ability to influence without authority—convincing engineers, designers, and carrier partners to align with your perspective through strong reasoning and effective framing, rather than relying on your job title.

• You are adaptable and thrive without a strict playbook. While we incorporate elements of Scrum and Kanban as needed, we do not enforce standardized processes across teams.

• You do not require extensive technical skills—a basic understanding of APIs and data mapping is sufficient.

• You are fluent in English and Polish at a professional level.

• You are located in Poland and comfortable with attending afternoon/evening meetings on a regular basis.

• You have experience in a scale-up environment and are adept at working quickly.

• Background in B2B marketplaces or the insurance industry is preferred.

• You possess genuine, hands-on experience with AI tools.

🏝️ Benefits

• Remote work with flexible working hours.

• Non-service days.

• Private medical care, including a dentists & orthodontists package for you and your family.

• Group life insurance.

• Multisport card reimbursed at 75%.

• Equipment featuring the Apple logo and a high-quality Dell monitor.

• Cafeteria platform providing a monthly allowance for personal spending.

• Team building events, including an annual Offsite & Christmas Parties, along with our #WinterEscape workation week in the Mediterranean.
