Product Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy for hardware solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with hardware vendors, ensuring SLAs are monitored and vendors are aligned with project schedules.

• Assess and analyze new hardware solutions based on compliance, performance, and customer requirements.

• Employ AI tools to model trade-offs in roadmaps, simulate hardware configurations, and conduct scenario analyses.

• Utilize AI-driven research tools for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and hardware assessments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing to gather customer feedback and formulate recommendations.

• Assist in go-to-market planning by creating release notes, feature overviews, and facilitating cross-functional launch coordination.

• Leverage AI tools to draft and refine GTM materials, including release notes, product briefs, and training resources.

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Represent Elovate at trade shows and during customer presentations.

• Engage in product testing to ensure functional and regulatory compliance.

• Implement AI-driven automation throughout hardware evaluation workflows, SLA reporting, compliance tracking, and vendor documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, overseeing Agile teams and managing end-to-end product development.

• Experience in the Automated Traffic Enforcement sector and knowledge of vehicle detection technologies.

• Proven proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar applications.

• Strong skills in vendor management, including SLA tracking and roadmap alignment.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or an equivalent Agile certification.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking, with a growth mindset and a practical approach to utilizing AI and new technologies as everyday productivity tools.
