Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of product management across current verticals, new verticals, and internal tools.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, customers, and industry experts to pinpoint issues, examine existing processes, and demonstrate value.

• Develop comprehensive solutions by configuring workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and integrations utilizing existing capabilities and agentic tools.

• Liaise with Engineering when platform modifications are required.

• Evaluate customer and internal workflows against established quality standards, assess failures, and refine accordingly.

• Manage launch preparedness, onboarding, and transition with Product Delivery.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing for demonstrations, training, and feedback collection.

• Monitor adoption rates, quality, time to first value, and commercial impact.

• Showcase time savings, enhanced throughput, or decreased errors for internal tools.

• Minimize custom setups and support, create reusable workflows, and convert user learning into product enhancements and roadmap contributions.

• Partner with the Head of Product to identify challenges and develop, validate, launch, and enhance solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A sense of curiosity and adaptability; capacity to quickly learn new domains.

• Experience in education, assessment, workflow automation, integrations, or AI evaluation is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI/agentic tools to craft functional solutions, analyze outputs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance them.

• Ability to showcase effective solutions that have been developed and delivered, along with a clear explanation of decisions and outcomes.

• Engage closely with customers and domain experts to facilitate learning.

• Competence in articulating trade-offs clearly and ensuring follow-through beyond demonstrations.

• Proven ownership is valued more than the duration held in a Product Manager position.

• Capability to work directly with customers, Customer Success, specialists, Engineering, and Product Delivery teams.
