This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a key contributor to growth initiatives within the sales region while collaborating with the Area Vice President of Sales.
• Design, lead, and manage the comprehensive Sales Process.
• Ensure Shareville hygiene is maintained and that sales tools are utilized effectively and in a timely manner.
• Confirm that both new hires and existing team members meet the necessary skill standards.
• Engage customers systematically throughout the sales process.
• Establish reference sites at local and regional levels.
• Work together with NAM Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement, and other NAM commercial teams to meet revenue and profit objectives.
• Direct the regional deployment of Demo Trucks and VIPs at Headquarters.
• Support the creation of local and Area Customer reference sites for the Siemens Healthineers DX portfolio.
• Ensure accurate preparation of deals and educate the team on how to build and submit proposals for approval.
• Serve as the Area liaison for Finance and address any gaps in the sales process.
• Manage the funnel and pipeline across all product lines, including both Prospect and Retention deals.
• Supervise new-hire success following sales training and identify, develop, and assign Sales Mentors.
• Tackle skill gaps identified by the AVP and Head of Sales.
• Monitor and drive opportunities through Shareville, ensuring that sales information is precise and up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to recognize activity gaps and enhance local forecasts.
• Foster reliable bottom-up forecasting and devise action plans to enhance team skills.
• Demonstrated success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics.
• Strong comprehension and expertise in sales processes, territory forecasting, and the creation and development of sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in training and development, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Experience in formulating account-level deal strategies (Miller Heiman) and organizing teams for effective execution.
• Preferred: Strong relationship management capabilities with a proven track record of effective collaboration.
• Preferred: Ability to work cooperatively in a matrixed environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Must not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may involve valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
