This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead product initiatives throughout Clerkie’s platform, from the discovery phase to release.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to develop scalable product solutions.
• Convert complex partner and ecosystem requirements into well-defined product specifications.
• Facilitate alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise partners to gain insights into workflows and identify product opportunities.
• Establish priorities, manage trade-offs, and influence decisions regarding the product roadmap.
• Spearhead product discovery, experimentation, and iteration for various initiatives.
• Aid in the development of Clerkie’s product systems, rituals, and documentation.
• Help foster a robust product culture within a small, collaborative team.
• Engage with leadership, engineers, designers, client partners, enterprise partners, and users in the debt ecosystem.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap for consumer experiences and the Fiber platform.
• Proven experience in building and launching software products in partnership with engineering teams.
• Strong systems thinking skills, enabling you to deconstruct complex workflows into straightforward product solutions.
• Technical proficiency, including knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Capability to translate real-world challenges into precise product requirements and prioritized tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
• Comfort in working independently within a remote-first team setting.
• Successful completion of a standard background check and reference check prior to an offer being made.
• Must reside in the US.
• Nice-to-have: experience with SaaS platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-oriented tools.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Nice-to-have: experience in integrating products with external systems or enterprise partners.
