This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of specific features or workflows from the initial discovery phase through to launch and subsequent follow-up.

• Craft problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and release notes.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to assess solution alternatives, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing.

• Utilize customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation insights, and operational data to adjust priorities effectively.

• Develop launch readiness plans that encompass support requirements, internal communications, training, and risk monitoring.

• Oversee adoption rates, quality, and operational results post-launch, driving improvements as needed.

• Maintain the roadmap and backlog cleanliness for assigned tasks and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Acquire a solid understanding of Businessolver’s benefits administration domain, client delivery model, and compliance requirements.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or a related role, or proven readiness to manage specific product features with oversight.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to produce clear product documentation.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and fulfill commitments.

• Comfort in utilizing customer feedback, metrics, and operational insights to make informed trade-offs.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and product development workflows.

• Proficiency in responsibly using approved AI-enabled tools while adhering to Businessolver's data management and governance protocols.

• Preferred: experience in SaaS, HR technology, benefits administration, healthcare-related technology, or other regulated sectors.

• Preferred: experience in supporting participant or administrator workflows, client implementations, or service operations.

• Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Confluence, analytics tools, or design software.
