Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product scope and delivery across multiple simultaneous client projects.

• Manage daily software and mobile application development initiatives, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.

• Convert business requests into technical specifications and clarify technical limitations to clients.

• Monitor budget, timeline, and scope for each project.

• Proactively identify and communicate project risks.

• Oversee QA, staging, and release transitions.

• Keep project documentation, specifications, and status updates organized and up-to-date.

• Conduct client-facing standups, demonstrations, and status updates during US business hours.

• Address scope creep and unrealistic timelines effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in software development.

• Experience in technical project management is advantageous.

• Background in an agency or consultancy environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with varying priorities concurrently.

• Experience with mobile app development projects.

• Knowledge of iOS/Android release cycles and app store review timelines.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or above.

• Availability to align with US Eastern time zones.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, GitHub issues, or similar technical platforms.

• Ability to comprehend technical specifications and bug reports, along with their timeline impacts.

• Comfortable working within AI-augmented development processes.

• Understanding of how agentic development processes influence estimation and QA.

• Capable of direct communication and prompt escalation of project risks with actionable plans.
