Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of medium-sized products or several smaller ones.

• Prioritize features according to customer demands, business value, and technical viability.

• Make delivery compromises to achieve the best possible results.

• Create requirements for small to medium projects.

• Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate feature effectiveness.

• Utilize user research methodologies and apply insights for future product enhancements.

• Set KPIs and tracking systems for product features.

• Track product performance metrics.

• Work alongside senior product team members to develop and uphold product roadmaps.

• Collect and analyze data for informed strategic decisions.

• Uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or similar positions.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Data-driven approach to making decisions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in designing and interpreting A/B tests.

• Experience in establishing and tracking KPIs for product performance.

• Familiarity with user research methods and their applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Must satisfy company employment requirements.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
