Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of defining and documenting internal support procedures, including task tracking workflows and requirements for the CRM system.

• Evaluate how changes in back-end workflows and processes affect and enhance the overall patient journey.

• Ensure that patient-facing interactions are clear, consistent, and thoroughly documented across all support channels.

• Collaborate with Patient Services, Operations, Clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to identify needs and convert them into product requirements.

• Lead product and operational initiatives from inception to delivery, in line with patient experience objectives.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of support processes and improvements in patient communication.

• Provide project-based assistance for the development and maintenance of mental health product offerings.

• Create high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management position.

• Strong technical abilities and practical experience using Jira for task management.

• Experience with consumer-facing products, ideally in highly regulated sectors like medical devices or healthcare.

• Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines and achieve results while managing multiple priorities within tight time constraints.

• Experience with CRM systems, communications platforms, or customer support programs is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
