Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Avandra’s Enterprise Imaging portfolio.

• Define and prioritize initiatives for digital image exchange while enhancing physical media solutions.

• Create products that facilitate image exchange among providers, patients, and healthcare organizations.

• Identify market opportunities and customer requirements.

• Lead products from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.

• Compose product requirements and user stories.

• Balance customer demands, technical limitations, and business priorities when making roadmap decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure product delivery and quality.

• Engage with health systems, imaging centers, and strategic partners to gain insights into workflows and market needs.

• Collect feedback through interviews, demonstrations, and beta testing programs.

• Keep track of competitors and industry trends.

• Represent Avandra at customer meetings and industry conferences.

• Develop capabilities that support participation in Avandra’s imaging data network.

• Collaborate cross-functionally on clinical and data-driven use cases.

• Identify platform capabilities that benefit providers, researchers, and life sciences organizations.

• Formulate positioning, messaging, pricing support, and go-to-market strategies.

• Assist with enablement, documentation, training, and launch preparedness.

• Establish success metrics and evaluate adoption rates and customer satisfaction.

• Launch digital image exchange features, execute the product roadmap, boost platform adoption, enhance workflows, and fortify Avandra’s imaging infrastructure position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in developing enterprise healthcare software products.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise imaging workflows, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and image exchange.

• Experience leading products from initial concept to commercial launch.

• Ability to transform complex customer workflows into user-friendly software solutions.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile development settings.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Preferred: experience with healthcare interoperability technologies such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.

• Preferred: experience with cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms.

• Preferred: familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance standards.

• Preferred: direct experience working with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems.
