This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Console experience from beginning to end, encompassing information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, empty states, errors, and how customers interact with complexity.

• Establish how an AI assistant can assist customers in configuring and using the platform through conversational methods.

• Craft workflow configurations for both advanced use cases and first-time users.

• Manage the customer experience related to integrations, which includes handling authorization, permissions, object and field mapping, synchronization behavior, failures, and recovery processes.

• Minimize the time and effort necessary to achieve a successful live deployment.

• Recognize manual processes that should be transformed into product experiences.

• Collaborate with engineering on reusable configurations, permissions, integrations, and system-state functionalities.

• Conduct usability sessions and engage in customer discussions.

• Convert friction points and feedback into actionable product strategies.

• Work alongside Customer Success to pinpoint broader product challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Familiarity with self-service products, administrative tools, integrations, workflow builders, configuration products, or other complex product interfaces.

• Strong judgment when it comes to product decisions.

• Comfortable facilitating usability sessions and engaging directly with customers.

• Ability to think systemically regarding permissions, data, integrations, and configurations.

• Technical curiosity and proficiency with APIs, integrations, data models, permissions, and failure modes.

• A tendency to prototype using modern AI and design tools.

• Preferred: experience at an early-stage or rapidly growing startup.

• Preferred: experience managing RBAC or permissions layers.

• Preferred: exposure to revenue or go-to-market technologies.

• Preferred: fluency with AI prototyping and development tools.

• Work authorization/sponsorship details required for full-time positions in the U.S.
