Product Manager, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assess each incoming request by analyzing the core issue, transforming it into a specification ready for building, and directing it appropriately.

• Revamp business processes into productized and agentic formats.

• Take ownership of the roadmap and lifecycle for internal platforms such as team command centers.

• Relay changes to teams reliant on internal products.

• Collaborate with auto-PM and auto-engineer tools to enable specifications to self-deploy more effectively.

• Work in conjunction with Strategy & Ops, which manages current process requirements, while overseeing the agentic version.

• Enhance the volume of company operations transitioning to agentic rather than manual methods.

• Expedite requests from submission to launch and adoption.

• Serve as the primary intake point for functional leaders, relieving the Head of Applied AI from triage and specification documentation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager.

• Practical experience in developing AI-native products or workflows.

• Proven experience in launching real products utilizing LLMs or agents.

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. (application will confirm authorization).

• Preferred: experience in productizing internal processes.

• Preferred: experience managing high-volume, multi-stakeholder intake.

• Preferred: experience working closely with go-to-market strategies.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of a complete problem.

• Capacity to prioritize under pressure and confidently decline requests from senior stakeholders without formal authority.

• Sound judgment regarding what to automate, what should remain human-driven, and where agents may not yet be reliable.
