This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Assist in establishing and upholding the API integrations roadmap by integrating market analysis, competitive insights, feedback from both internal and external customers, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of the API integrations strategy from start to finish: gather and document specific requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain thorough technical specifications and documentation.
• Assume the role of product owner for the team — manage the backlog, plan sprints, and drive execution within an agile framework.
• Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, UX, customer success, and partner teams to ensure seamless development, communication, and launch of integrations.
• Track integration performance and usage metrics; identify areas for improvement and facilitate the resolution of issues and bugs.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify new integration partners and best practices.
• Clearly communicate progress, priorities, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with product marketing to strategize and implement go-to-market plans for new integrations and features.
• Advocate for quality by ensuring that delivered features align with requirements, design intentions, and customer expectations — and empower internal teams through training and documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance product and development workflows, expedite documentation and research, and continually improve quality across the team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude — capable of quickly grasping complex software systems and understanding how various users interact with them.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements, align on outcomes, and deliver integration products that address genuine business challenges.
• Proven track record of identifying product gaps and providing clear, data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities independently while effectively collaborating across teams and functions.
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Familiarity with API documentation and testing tools.
• Understanding of common integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation concepts.
• Experience working with external partners.
