Product Manager – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Further enhance a well-established product area within the Product Team.

• Assume responsibility for products in the Accounting & Fiscalisation domain.

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Revenue Cluster.

• Manage and organize the Product Backlog in collaboration with Engineering and Delivery teams.

• Conduct discovery activities and engage with stakeholders.

• Balance market demands, product development, and execution.

• Modernize existing legacy solutions.

• Propel the future-ready development of the product area.

• Keep track of market trends, compliance, and regulatory changes.

• Derive pertinent product requirements.

• Define and analyze appropriate metrics to assess the success and adoption of developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner, along with hands-on knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Payment, or a similar financial sector.

• Alternatively, a professional background in Accounting, Finance, Payment, or a related financial sector, paired with a willingness to gain targeted Product Management knowledge.

• Ability to comprehend complex business requirements, structure them effectively, and translate them into clear product decisions.

• Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and discovery, as well as collaboration with Engineering teams.

• Capability to maintain an overview and set clear priorities, even in dynamic and challenging situations.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent and proactive communication skills.

• Good command of the German language is a plus.

• A conventional Product Owner or Product Management certification is not necessary; practical experience and a readiness to take on responsibility are prioritized.
