This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of one or more product lines, overseeing outcomes, roadmap, sequencing, and quality standards.
• Create specifications for product, engineering, models, and handoff-readiness tailored for engineering teams.
• Design agent behavior, which encompasses prompt architecture, output schemas, logic, guardrails, and handling of failures.
• Develop functional HTML prototypes featuring live model calls prior to engineering commitment.
• Define and execute evaluations, score output batches, establish ship/no-ship thresholds, and lead iterations.
• Make informed model tradeoffs regarding model selection, context strategies, latency, token costs, fine-tuning, prompting, and retrieval.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, GenAI, and design teams for daily operational execution.
• Maintain schema and interface agreements between agents.
• Engage with customers and enterprise partners, including those in the US undergoing security, privacy, and compliance assessments.
• Instrument and scrutinize usage, quality, cost, and drift, then take action based on the insights gained.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Practical experience with LLM/agent products, including prompt design, structured outputs, retrieval, tool/function calling, and evaluations.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for specifications, prototypes, analysis, and code interpretation.
• Capability to read code and API contracts to assess schemas, trace pipelines, and identify poor interfaces.
• Proven history of delivering features to customers with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to thrive in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid cycles.
• Preferred: Degree in AI/ML, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred: Familiarity with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic/Claude, LangChain, or comparable orchestration stacks.
• Preferred: Experience in voice AI, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems.
• Preferred: Background in fine-tuning, dataset curation, or model performance assessment.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with US customers and enterprise partners.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SMB or marketing-technology domains.
