This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead AI initiatives and roadmaps throughout patient and messaging journeys, progressing from initial concepts to global implementation.
• Establish problem statements, success metrics, and guidelines that balance user value, clinical safety, and business impact.
• Connect patient and provider experiences across patient interfaces, provider tools, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Applied AI teams to transform LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and personalization into user-friendly experiences.
• Design AI systems prioritizing safety and trust as essential elements.
• Coordinate with Care Operations, Clinical, and Legal teams regarding escalation protocols, potential failure modes, and safety measures.
• Promote experimentation and continuous learning via A/B testing, cohort analysis, and qualitative research.
• Incorporate structured data, guidelines, and retrieval mechanisms into AI workflows, establishing evaluation standards for hallucination and safety.
• Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to address edge cases, failure scenarios, and operational demands in product and system design.
• Convey trade-offs, risks, and progress on AI initiatives to executive stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience in Consumer Product Management.
• Significant background in developing applied AI/ML-driven or data-centric products.
• Proven success in delivering high-quality consumer experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and measurable business results.
• Familiarity with LLM-based systems, including prompting, evaluation, retrieval, tools/agents, and reinforcement or feedback mechanisms.
• Strong product intuition for consumer-oriented experiences such as assistants, workflows, onboarding, or habit-forming products.
• Demonstrated capability to define and refine user-level, system-level, and safety/quality metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or experimentation platforms for consumer-facing products.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes from start to finish.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
