Product Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist product managers in assessing customer and business challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product solutions.

• Work directly with the development team to create and launch new features.

• Support customer research efforts to gain insights into user needs and pain points.

• Analyze customer usage data under the guidance of senior product managers.

• Foster relationships within the product development team and with other product managers.

• Contribute innovative ideas to the product development process.

• Champion customer interests and maintain high standards of product quality.

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

• Possess leadership abilities and the capability to influence and motivate a team.

• Demonstrate a self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Capable of developing and conveying product vision to team members, peers, and stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with continuous team communication.

• Previous experience in software development or a related area.

• Willingness to travel minimally.

• Ensure reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office.
