This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Collect and integrate feedback from stakeholders and internal users through methods such as interviews, observations, surveys, and ticket analysis.
β’ Recognize pain points and areas of opportunity while assisting in the validation of problem statements.
β’ Develop process maps, narratives of the current state, and summaries of workflows.
β’ Prepare feature descriptions, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation subject to review by the Product Manager.
β’ Ensure the organization of the backlog and the prioritization of inputs.
β’ Create and maintain product documentation, including streamlined Product Requirements Documents, journey maps, and release notes.
β’ Aid in release communications, training documentation, stakeholder updates, and revisions of existing documentation.
β’ Track product adoption and performance metrics using dashboards, spreadsheets, and established KPIs.
β’ Compile summaries of product trends for the Product Manager's review.
β’ Propose actionable process enhancements.
β’ Organize and facilitate working sessions, document notes, monitor action items, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
β’ Prepare status updates and communications for internal users.
β’ Develop foundational skills in product strategy, agile methodologies, and business services operations through practical experience and mentorship.
β’ Currently enrolled in a degree program for Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
β’ Capacity to learn swiftly, juggle multiple tasks, and execute follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Interest or familiarity with digital transformation, product management, project/program management, or agile methodologies.
β’ Comfort in documenting requirements, workflows, and process enhancements is advantageous.
β’ Team-oriented mindset focused on achieving results, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States.
