This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and convey the product strategy and roadmap for LiquidStack’s liquid cooling product range.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle management from the initial concept and PRD formulation to manufacturing, launch, and phase-out.
• Perform competitive assessments and observe market trends within the direct-to-chip cooling solutions and AI data center sectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and commercial teams to achieve delivery, pricing, cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Engage with Tier 1 hyperscalers and colocation providers to capture customer feedback, validate features, and surpass customer expectations.
• Create value propositions, pricing strategies, technical sales enablement tools, value-based pricing models, and TCO tools.
• Oversee the pricing strategy for products and services, including price lists, CPQ logic, discount structures, and margin thresholds.
• Track product performance, revenue trends, margins, adoption metrics, usage data, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Grasp price sensitivity variations across different regions and segments.
• Assist with customer-specific projects and implementations.
• Broaden LiquidStack’s product offerings and customer base in the liquid cooling sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, new product development, or strategic marketing.
• Familiarity with liquid cooling, heat rejection, HVAC systems, data centers, and IT equipment is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and hands-on without daily supervision.
• Strong financial acumen and technical expertise.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable presenting technical or commercial subjects to audiences of varying sizes.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to understand the broader context.
• Culturally aware and adept at working with diverse cultures and perspectives.
• A valid passport and driver’s license without infractions that could restrict travel capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time, with potential for some international travel.
