This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Implement seasonal product commercialization, manage line planning, and oversee go-to-market communications for designated mountain apparel categories.
• Convert market intelligence, sales analytics, and consumer insights into line plan suggestions that enhance revenue growth, meet margin goals, and optimize assortment efficiency.
• Oversee seasonal line plans in Centric while ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow to forecasting, demand planning, and marketing teams.
• Create product briefs and prepare go-to-market presentation materials.
• Convey product positioning, features, and intended uses to cross-functional partners.
• Examine industry data and consumer insights to pinpoint opportunities by gender, category, and pricing.
• Develop and uphold seasonal line plans that align with financial, efficiency, and positioning goals.
• Formulate style efficiency recommendations.
• Establish and sustain communication assets for product ranges across departments.
• Summarize seasonal go-to-market strategies and synchronize supporting styles with Marketing and Development teams.
• Present products during key go-to-market milestones.
• Suggest and confirm MSRP frameworks and target margin proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing on positioning and narrative development.
• Coordinate with Development regarding seasonal timeline updates and milestone deadlines.
• Inform cross-functional partners about product updates and expectations.
• Work in partnership with Design, Development, Merchandising, and Marketing on product architecture, execution, assortment alignment, and go-to-market strategies.
• Report directly to the Product Line Director.
• Travel domestically 30% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, apparel design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product creation within the outdoor, apparel, or accessories sector.
• Proven understanding of the complete product creation process and market landscape.
• Experience in developing and presenting line plans, product briefs, and go-to-market documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google products, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Required experience with PLM systems; familiarity with Centric is advantageous.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional decisions.
