Product Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of the product roadmap for the designated area.

• Drive quantifiable operational results, including cost reduction, clinical quality, member experience and retention, as well as team efficiency.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to define and implement product initiatives.

• Present insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

• Convert complex data and product strategies into clear, actionable information.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the product area and digital service delivery.

• Offer insights and guidance to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software product management.

• Ideally, 4+ years of experience in healthcare or health insurance.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver new workflows or solutions that drive essential business outcomes.

• Proficient in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in using data to influence product strategy, optimization, and decision-making.

• A proactive "get it done" mindset.

• Comfortable with the ambiguity, fast pace, and adaptability required in a startup environment.

• Relevant experience in health insurance or a care delivery setting.

• Experience in deploying LLM-backed chat, assistance, or summarization in a production environment.

• Knowledge of how agentic and human teams can integrate into a cohesive experience.

• Experience managing a consumer app or web experience at scale.

• Familiarity with software utilized by professional users for extended periods daily.

• Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR, or care management systems.

• Knowledge of documentation and regulatory requirements.
