Product Lead – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Transform business challenges into prioritized, testable product initiatives.

• Take ownership of the product journey from initial discovery to final release.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the delivery process, including business, sales, support, engineering, design, and external partners.

• Convert business challenges into product specifications, user stories, and measurable results.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage dependencies, and ensure work is ready for delivery.

• Establish acceptance criteria and a practical definition of completion.

• Develop product roadmaps, release schedules, and phased delivery plans.

• Grasp data models, REST API specifications, and system workflows to identify gaps and assumptions.

• Address open data inquiries, including dynamic data, missing fields, and necessary decisions.

• Provide constructive feedback on designs and operational software.

• Organize and lead user acceptance testing, defect triage, and business approvals.

• Plan product launches, migrations, and communication for releases.

• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and inform prioritization based on evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in digital products and technical project delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into clear product specifications, user stories, and measurable results.

• Strong ownership of the product backlog, including prioritization, dependency management, and maintaining work that is ready for delivery.

• Capability to write clear acceptance criteria and establish a practical definition of completion.

• Experience in creating product roadmaps, release schedules, and phased delivery plans.

• Proficient in understanding data models, REST API specifications, and system workflows sufficiently to identify gaps and assumptions.

• Ownership of unresolved data inquiries, including identifying dynamic data, absent fields, and necessary decisions.

• Strong UX judgment with the ability to provide precise, actionable feedback on designs and functional software.

• Capability to balance customer value, user experience, engineering effort, risk, and delivery timelines.

• Extensive experience in stakeholder management across business, sales, support, engineering, design, and external partners.

• Proven experience in planning and leading user acceptance testing, managing defect triage, and achieving business sign-off.

• Experience in planning product launches, migrations, and release communications.

• Ability to define success metrics, track adoption, and leverage evidence for prioritization.

• Strong skills in facilitation, decision-making, and written communication.

• Proven ability to quickly learn technical and industry domains.

• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing or prototyping tools.

• Experience managing technically complex, data-intensive, or graphics-heavy products.

• Familiarity with mapping, geospatial, 3D, visualization, or product-configuration solutions.

• Understanding of front-end architecture, API integration, and software delivery processes.

• Experience with analytics platforms and product-adoption dashboards.

• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven discovery.

• Experience collaborating with external API providers, technology partners, or enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, security, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, prototype evaluations, and usability testing.

• Experience coordinating Agile delivery across multiple teams.

• Background in supporting go-to-market strategies, customer onboarding, or product enablement.
