Product Lead, Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the data and AI strategy.

• Identify necessary data and convert it into precise requirements for solution development teams.

• Manage data and AI projects comprehensively, from recognizing intent and planning to execution, assessment, iteration, and collaboration.

• Collaborate with Platform, Data Platform, Product Engineering, Product Design, Security, and Legal teams.

• Convert strategy into engineering-ready epics and stories with defined acceptance criteria in Scrum methodology.

• Define and take ownership of data products, including requirements for data warehouses and data lakes.

• Establish methods for capturing and analyzing product usage and outcomes, including analytics for LLM and agent interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant B2B experience.

• Expertise in Scrum and Jira.

• Practical experience in writing epics and stories.

• Proficient in English.

• Technical knowledge to challenge engineering teams regarding architecture, data models, and trade-offs.

• Experience in building or maintaining data products.

• Preferred experience in developing AI-driven products.

• Understanding of analytics capture and analysis, particularly with LLM interfaces, is preferred.

• Direct experience with AI and Claude, including building agents, is preferred.

• Experience in establishing and defining data products, such as data warehouses and data lakes, is preferred.

• Preferred experience with Scrum of Scrums.

• Experience working within a globally distributed team of Product Leads is preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently if necessary.
