Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Identify and validate innovative AI solutions through interviews with customers, prospects, and delivery teams.

• Assess demand and willingness to pay, determining which initiatives warrant additional investment.

• Manage the solution portfolio by defining the problems, buyers, workflows, values, delivery models, and commercial models for each solution family.

• Provide recommendations on when to expand, narrow, or phase out specific solutions.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery teams to transform insights from engagements into reusable templates, datasets, and playbooks.

• Establish pricing strategies, commercial models, and transition points with Build & Run in conjunction with Sales and Marketing.

• Uphold strategic discipline to ensure NORA does not devolve into a general AI consulting practice, prototype factory, or premature platform.

• Maintain close relationships with Sales and customers.

• Track and report on portfolio progress using metrics such as conversion rates, reuse statistics, and margin evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in creating and launching new products.

• Direct experience in identifying, researching, and bringing products to market.

• Strong skills in market research, including conducting customer interviews, competitor analysis, and demand/pricing studies.

• Commercial acumen applicable to professional services, software, or hybrid models.

• Proficiency in product strategy across software versus services, platform versus focused solutions, and project versus recurring revenue trade-offs.

• Sufficient AI knowledge to engage in discussions about architecture, limitations, evaluation, and costs with technical teams.

• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Preferred: experience in compliance, KYC/onboarding, document processing, exception handling, or policy-controlled operations.

• A structured, evidence-based mindset.

• Established credibility with commercial, technical, and delivery teams.
