Product Launch Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a cohesive program plan that encompasses product, business, platform, market-wave, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Oversee intricate, multi-stream delivery involving global and local IT teams, business stakeholders, category teams, product groups, technology platforms, and external partners.

• Identify, document, and proactively manage dependencies across projects and adjacent platforms.

• Establish and implement delivery governance, which includes governance forums, RACI, decision-making owners, escalation pathways, decision documentation, action tracking, and reporting schedules.

• Take ownership of delivery control relating to scope, milestones, RAID, quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment preparedness, and hypercare organization.

• Coordinate resource and capacity planning, prioritization of demand, and sequencing of delivery across workstreams and market waves.

• Reconcile Jira data, workstream plans, milestone forecasts, and RAG statuses to produce precise executive-level reports.

• Facilitate the translation and alignment between business and IT concerning requirements, solution design, delivery scope, testing results, and market readiness criteria.

• Monitor progress against established baselines, challenge unsupported assumptions, validate delivery plans, and ensure accountability among owners for their commitments.

• Organize readiness evaluations for testing, UAT/UVT, and market deployment waves.

• Keep track of pending requests, observe decision-making timelines, and escalate unresolved risks, dependencies, resource limitations, and scope conflicts.

• Maintain a delivery-focused approach while promoting collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and constructive challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale technology development and deployment projects, particularly those involving multiple markets, global and local delivery teams, complex platforms, and external partners.

• Strong proficiency in integrated planning, milestone and critical-path management, cross-workstream dependencies, RAID management, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and recovery planning for delivery.

• Proven capability to coordinate highly complex, multi-stream delivery without undermining or replacing the accountability of individual workstream leads, market teams, or functional owners.

• Experience in establishing or managing delivery governance, including clear ownership, decision documentation, escalation processes, action tracking, reporting cycles, and effective stakeholder forums.

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with the skill to reconcile detailed delivery information from Jira and workstream plans into accurate, consistent, and decision-oriented executive updates.

• Demonstrated capacity to convert business needs into technology requirements while maintaining alignment between requirements, solution design, scope, testing, and deployment outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels and clearly communicate complex delivery topics to senior stakeholders.
