Product Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess customers' business requirements and objectives to design effective business processes.

• Customize software applications to align with customer business needs.

• Produce project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analyses, and functional design documents.

• Familiarize yourself with product offerings and provide expertise in JWorks CMS and associated software.

• Conduct both onsite and remote training sessions.

• Lead software testing sessions.

• Offer implementation and post-implementation support.

• Advise customers on operational enhancements through new services or products.

• Relay feedback to product management and marketing teams regarding customer communications and product improvements.

• Help in creating training materials for new products and enhanced functionalities.

• Travel to customer locations nationwide to optimize operations using company products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• At least 2 years of experience in the court/judicial sector.

• Experience with court case management software is preferred.

• Background in software implementation and oversight administration.

• Experience as a trainer with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.

• Strong presentation skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Anticipate approximately 25% travel for onsite customer engagements.
