This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +32 more states.
• Oversee the implementation of Patient Throughput, Clinical Staffing, or both, starting from kickoff and discovery to data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with members of the Customer Success team to accurately and optimally design and configure products and workflows.
• Facilitate discovery and design meetings with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Articulate technical requirements and coordinate necessary security and other audits with customer IT and operational teams.
• Create and execute unit and user acceptance test scenarios to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow configurations prior to go-live.
• Navigate intricate database structures to resolve data issues and assist in gathering technical requirements.
• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager on status updates and proactive communication.
• Regularly assess and enhance implementation procedures, outcomes, documentation, and materials.
• Travel up to 25-50% to customer locations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, customer success, or implementation management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative and data-driven role.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including EHR data structures, HL7 messaging standards, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, and clinical areas.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50%.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bonus qualifications include enterprise software experience, process improvement experience, and Lean or Six Sigma training; a graduate degree such as MS, MHA, or MBA.
