This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of adoption and engagement results for the products.
• Act as the public representative of the products by delivering demos, conducting trainings, participating in conference panels, leading cycle kickoffs, and engaging in campaign-professional group discussions.
• Expand the user base by onboarding new users and promoting products to new target audiences.
• Assist users in regularly accessing research and solutions with the tools, integrating products into their daily workflows.
• Create audience-specific product narratives tailored for nonprofits, Senate and House campaigns, state parties, and advocacy organizations.
• Perform user research to analyze adoption rates, stalling, and churn, and convert insights into growth strategies, adoption messaging, and suggested product enhancements.
• Develop and upkeep one-pagers, case studies, and training presentations.
• Design email and lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, adoption, and customer acquisition.
• Oversee marketing metrics and analytics, establish targets, and report on progress toward acquisition and engagement objectives.
• Contribute to the Democratic Party's success in the 2026 midterms while laying the foundation for the 2028 presidential election.
• Experience across multiple election cycles in Democratic or progressive politics, including campaigns, committees, independent expenditures, labor, advocacy, or consulting firms serving these sectors.
• A minimum of 4 years in product marketing, growth, adoption, or a client-facing role with direct responsibility for product utilization.
• Proficient in communicating complex product concepts clearly to busy audiences.
• Product knowledge without the need for engineering expertise, including comprehension of the software development process from conception through beta testing and launch.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with product teams and differentiate between messaging issues and product-related challenges.
• Understanding of survey research methodologies, including interpreting crosstabs and clarifying message-test constraints.
• Comfortable representing products in panels, client Zoom meetings, and at conferences.
• Engagement with AI tools and experience in creating effective AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous challenges and adapt to off-cycle rhythms.
