Product Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Sprinklr functionalities, guiding clients on optimal practices for Social, Care, Marketing, and Research modules.

• Convert client business needs into technical setups and workflow designs within the Sprinklr platform.

• Conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and feature adoption workshops for enterprise clients.

• Review current client configurations and propose optimization strategies to enhance platform ROI.

• Keep abreast of Sprinklr’s product roadmap, new feature launches, and industry trends in customer experience management.

• Collaborate with delivery consultants to guarantee solutions are implemented following best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product management, implementation, or digital marketing technology.

• Recent graduates must hold valid Sprinklr certifications.

• Strong grasp of CXM principles.

• Practical experience in configuring workflows, rules, and reporting dashboards within Sprinklr or comparable enterprise platforms.

• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to convert business objectives into technical specifications.

• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
