Product Engineer, Source-to-Pay Ivalua

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ivalua across the Source-to-Pay platform.

• Offer insights on best practices, architecture, and solution design for Ivalua.

• Assess and confirm solution designs to ensure scalability, compliance, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into Ivalua solutions.

• Set up modules for Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate functional and technical challenges.

• Assist in release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live tasks.

• Liaise with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

• Engage in design reviews, defect management, and release evaluations.

• Ensure effective deployment and post-production stabilization.

• Guide and enhance the skills of team members in Ivalua solutions and best practices.

• Facilitate onboarding through solution walkthroughs and training sessions.

• Keep technical and functional documentation updated.

• Promote continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementations.

• Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration) is mandatory.

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge is a requirement.

• Ivalua L3 SQL Certification is preferred.

• Extensive experience in Ivalua Functional Configuration.

• Significant experience in Ivalua Technical Configuration.

• Strong background with APIs, EAI, and ETL Integrations.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Experience in Release Management.

• Familiarity with SDLC Methodologies.

• Experience with DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Prior experience managing software or product releases is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies is preferred.

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle databases and multi-tier architectures is preferred.

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices is preferred.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client interaction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently in a global remote setting.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

• Candidates must reside outside of the Philippines.

• Must align with Manila business hours and adhere to the client's business calendar and holidays.
