Product Engineer, Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical vision for the creation of new features and products, emphasizing quality and scalability.

• Engage in full-stack development, participating throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Design robust, high-performance solutions that are ready for continuous advancement.

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a cohesive and scalable user experience.

• Contribute to the maintenance, evolution, and refactoring of existing systems.

• Define and refine architecture, development patterns, and best practices.

• Assess and facilitate the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Ensure alignment between business rules, product objectives, and technical execution.

• Aid in enhancing the observability, monitoring, and reliability of applications.

• Transform validated solutions from the discovery phase into stable, production-ready products for ongoing operation and evolution.

• Work collaboratively with Product, UX, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to convert business needs into effective and robust solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Proficient in developing frontend applications using React.js.

• Experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

• Understanding of REST APIs and service consumption.

• Possess a product-focused mindset, going beyond just coding.

• Capable of balancing speed with quality deliverables.

• A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams.

• Keen interest in creating sustainable and scalable solutions.

• Proactive in identifying areas for technical and product enhancements.

• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).

• Preferred: familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Preferred: knowledge of observability, monitoring, and application performance metrics.
