Product Engineer, Internal Tools – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive internal product development by collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering teams.

• Recognize operational inefficiencies and create impactful internal tools.

• Design and expand the Scout internal platform across the entire stack.

• Connect React frontends, NestJS backends, CRM systems, data warehouses, and communication platforms.

• Utilize AI agents to write, evaluate, and deploy production code.

• Assess business requirements, craft solutions, and implement internal tools from start to finish.

• Assist internal teams by automating processes and enhancing client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior or Staff-level full-stack engineer in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

• Background in developing scalable backend services; NestJS is preferred.

• Experience in designing robust GraphQL APIs using code-first resolvers.

• Strong understanding of database fundamentals utilizing Sequelize with PostgreSQL.

• Proficient in writing integration tests against actual databases.

• Comfortable working in a contemporary DevOps environment featuring feature flags, thorough testing, and excellent observability.

• Extensive experience with AI development workflows and tools, such as Claude Code and Cursor.

• Capability to work independently and take charge of undefined business challenges.
