Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of product features from user-facing UI to API, data, and deployment.

• Transform ambiguous requirements into tangible production outcomes.

• Establish the MVP scope and determine metrics linked to customer results.

• Develop features that engage with LLM outputs, including parsing agent responses and implementing human-in-the-loop processes.

• Discover customer challenges through feedback, competitive analysis, and direct conversations.

• Prioritize, construct, and deploy updates on a weekly basis.

• Engage proactively with product and design teams.

• Release features to production and evaluate their impact on customers.

• Participate in an on-site trial day by collaborating with the team to deliver a small production release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located within two hours of Prague (CET).

• Proven experience in transforming ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions.

• Full-stack management of UI, API, data, and deployment processes.

• Capability to define MVP scope and select significant product metrics.

• Experience working with AI systems and engaging with LLM outputs.

• Strong judgment regarding product quality.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Enthusiasm for learning technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Fastify, Kysely, PostgreSQL, Zod, GCP, and AI primitives.

• Awareness of security and production reliability is desirable.

• Experience with scalable distributed systems is a plus.

• Applied experience with LLMs, including evaluation design, prompt engineering, safety controls, and cost optimization, is desirable.

• Experience in designing interfaces for AI-assisted workflows is advantageous.
