This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Take ownership of and refine the long-term strategy for RXNT Learn (LMS), focusing on content structure, automation, and delivery methods.
β’ Design and implement organization-wide training programs and client-oriented webinars.
β’ Ensure the prompt documentation and rollout of new features to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Maintain and enhance Help Center content in alignment with product updates and client requirements.
β’ Assess new LMS, automation, and AI-driven enablement tools, providing recommendations for adoption.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistency with brand messaging.
β’ Act as the primary strategic resource for Clinical and Practice Management expertise.
β’ Convert complex product information into straightforward, actionable content for non-technical audiences.
β’ Manage incoming product inquiries from Sales, Customer Service, and Onboarding, prioritizing and routing as necessary.
β’ Identify knowledge gaps and create a content roadmap to address them.
β’ Develop and lead a content enablement strategy for Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, and clients.
β’ Support the onboarding and adoption of LMS-aligned tools while identifying opportunities for automation.
β’ Create reusable templates and frameworks for use in HubSpot and Zendesk.
β’ Train internal teams on new platforms and assist with workflow support.
β’ Lead cross-functional planning and execution for the launch of new features.
β’ Work with Marketing on campaigns and messaging for feature rollout.
β’ Advise Marketing on videos, email content, and customer education materials to enhance feature adoption.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Report directly to Megan Cruz.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of RXNT's SaaS solutions, including clinical workflows, medical billing, or scheduling.
β’ Strong familiarity with automation, LMS platforms, and emerging enablement technologies.
β’ Capability to translate technological capabilities into strategic initiatives.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
β’ Proven track record in setting and executing strategy, beyond merely delivering content.
β’ Experience in creating training materials, documentation, and enablement frameworks on a large scale.
β’ Proficient with Google Suite, LMS platforms, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
β’ Experience in medical software (EHR, PMS) and customer-facing positions is preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in medical billing, scheduling, or clinical operations.
β’ A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
β’ Medical billing and coding certification is an advantage.
β’ Ability to endure prolonged periods of sitting and computer usage.
β’ A reliable internet connection is required.
