This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Formulate and implement the strategy and roadmap for corporate IT, including integrations, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Set enterprise standards for business applications.
• Provide a secure, dependable, and seamless technology experience for employees.
• Transition IT from a reactive support model to a proactive, automated service delivery approach.
• Collaborate with company leaders to enhance business processes, reduce manual tasks, and uncover opportunities for automation and AI.
• Oversee the assessment, implementation, governance, and adoption of AI-driven tools, agents, self-service features, and workflow automation.
• Ensure that AI and automation solutions incorporate security, privacy, data access, human oversight, monitoring, and accountability.
• Manage core IT platforms and services, which include identity and access management, Google Workspace, endpoint management, networking, collaboration tools, IT service management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Govern enterprise applications spanning HR, finance, accounting, procurement, and other internal corporate systems.
• Collaborate with Security to deploy and maintain security technologies, enforce access controls, conduct access reviews, support audits, and ensure secure onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee the budget for IT and enterprise applications, including vendors, licensing, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on corporate technology.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in corporate IT and enterprise technology.
• A minimum of five years in leading teams and managing cross-functional technology programs.
• Experience in overseeing identity and access management, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, networking, IT service management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven track record in deploying AI agents, copilots, intelligent automation, self-service capabilities, or AI-enabled support within governed production settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing low-code, no-code, integration, or workflow technologies to automate processes across various systems and business functions.
• Experience in governing HRIS, ERP, finance and accounting systems, procurement platforms, and business workflow tools.
• Background in leading enterprise application implementations, migrations, integrations, or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, workflow orchestration, data flows, access controls, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating with Security on security technologies, access controls, access reviews, audits, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Experience managing IT and enterprise application budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, service levels, and delivery partners.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technology strategy, value, risks, and trade-offs to executive audiences.
• Proven success in leading organizational change and fostering the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
