📋 Description

• Implement coverage initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing PURE’s competitive edge.

• Track nationwide legislative changes and suggest potential impacts on coverage.

• Evaluate current coverage and carry out approved modifications from filing to systems implementation.

• Stay informed about competitor strategies, industry trends, and Member requirements.

• Foster coverage innovation tailored for PURE’s target market.

• Develop system specifications for coverage and form adjustments within the policy management system.

• Report directly to the Director of Product Development within the Product Management team.

• Collaborate closely with various business units throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and drafting moderately complex policy language.

• Capability to exercise independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and handle multiple projects with minimal oversight.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with Word and Excel is required.

• A willingness to learn new skills and deepen expertise.
