Product Development Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Contribute to a varied portfolio of new products and strategic projects.

• Engage throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

• Assist in sizing, assessing, and delivering solutions.

• Provide support to leaders on significant and complex priorities.

• Independently oversee projects that are smaller or of moderate scope.

• Lead initiatives, take ownership of key workstreams, and facilitate broader cross-functional delivery.

• Experience in project management, including project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and coordination across functions.

• Skills in process mapping and business process analysis.

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities within a cross-functional team setting.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Capabilities in strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• A mindset geared towards simplification and continuous improvement.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and project scopes.

• Capability to independently lead projects or assist defined workstreams within larger initiatives.

• Foundational knowledge of desktop tools and basic data analysis techniques.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Preference for familiarity with the healthcare industry business environment, stakeholders, and factors influencing product development.

• Understanding of product development lifecycles and experience in supporting the evaluation, design, implementation, or operationalization of new products and solutions is preferred.

• Preference for familiarity with collaboration among Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Sales, and other functions.

• Understanding of the organizational business model, products, processes, and ways of working is preferred.

• Experience with internal project management, collaboration, documentation, workflow, or reporting tools is preferred.
