Product Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Support the research, development, execution, and oversight of agency, specialty lenders, and affordable housing mortgage offerings.

• Relay product updates and modifications to sales teams and internal support staff.

• Act as the primary liaison with private investors, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, USDA, and affordable housing agencies concerning the launch of new products and programs.

• Oversee the creation and revision of Loan Origination System templates and documents, along with internal standard operating procedures.

• Sustain current investor relationships while establishing new connections.

• Perform thorough reviews of guidelines and engage directly with investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or a comparable combination of education and experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage banking sector.

• Understanding of the mortgage lending process, with experience in Operations, Processing, Closing, or Post-Closing.

• Familiarity with Product Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, Non-Conforming, and affordable housing structured programs.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
