Product Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Sustain code within a substantial legacy codebase developed on AutoCAD

• Develop features for 3D modeling and management applications

• Engage in 3D modeling of HVAC ducting, piping, and equipment related to shipbuilding

• Oversee intricate object relationships and algorithms

• Collaborate with self-motivated Agile teams

• Contribute to software that supports the global offshore and marine industries

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years of experience with C# or another contemporary object-oriented programming language

• Capability to collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment

• Strong creative problem-solving abilities

• Experience utilizing Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with the Visual Studio development environment

• Experience with SQL Server or other relational database systems

• Development experience in Windows desktop applications using C++

• Knowledge of WPF and MVVM

• Proficiency in using git and Azure DevOps

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD applications

• Solid understanding of linear algebra and graph theory principles

• Strong mathematical foundation

• Ability to handle complex object relationships and algorithms
