This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design UX/UI for the mobile application and web product at TutTam.

• Engage in the entire lifecycle of features: from problem research to production launch.

• Conduct User Research, analyze user behavior, and develop design solutions based on data.

• Create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Design new user experience scenarios and enhance existing ones.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, and Engineering team to find optimal product solutions.

• Conduct usability testing and validate design solutions.

• Develop and maintain the product's design system.

• Prepare layouts for development and oversee their implementation.

• Participate in formulating and validating product hypotheses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in digital products.

• Experience in designing mobile applications.

• Familiarity with web products.

• Experience working in product teams.

• Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design System, Prototyping).

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

• Understanding of User-Centered Design principles.

• Experience conducting User Research, usability testing, or Customer Interviews.

• Knowledge of product metrics and the impact of design on Activation, Conversion, and Retention.

• Ability to justify design decisions with data and research findings.

• Experience interacting with developers and quality control of design implementation.
