Product Designer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive design projects by identifying issues, exploring potential solutions, creating prototypes, and validating them with users.

• Utilize User-Centered Design principles to convert user needs and behaviors into impactful experiences.

• Develop cohesive, functional interfaces with a strong grasp of Visual Design and Interaction Design.

• Organize user flows and information architectures while ensuring usability and accessibility are prioritized.

• Consider content as an integral part of the experience, emphasizing clarity and concise communication with users.

• Strategize and carry out qualitative research, interviews, and usability tests, leveraging insights to refine solutions.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and various teams, influencing product decisions and direction.

• Question existing solutions and suggest enhancements, continuously pursuing improved and simpler experiences.

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into the design process to aid activities such as research, solution exploration, prototyping, analysis, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of experience as a Designer specializing in digital product projects.

• Demonstrate experience in leading comprehensive design projects from start to finish.

• Exhibit a solid understanding of UX, UI, Visual Design, and Interaction Design principles.

• Conduct qualitative research, interviews, and usability testing.

• Showcase strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design choices.

• Be capable of independently driving problem resolution and translating direction into actionable solutions.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, and Miro is required.

• Maintain a portfolio that highlights your design process and the solutions you have implemented.

• Knowledge of Product Design processes that incorporate Artificial Intelligence is preferred.

• Experience working with Design Systems is a plus.

• Have a background in experimentation and hypothesis testing.

• Utilize data and metrics to inform design decisions effectively.
