Product Designer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the product design initiative within a squad, supported by the Heads of Design, from initial conception to extensive evolution.

• Enhance collaboration with the Product Owner, gaining a thorough understanding of the business to translate the product vision into engaging digital experiences.

• Strategically contribute to the roadmap and product development decisions informed by metrics, research insights, and a long-term vision.

• Foster a people-centered design culture and actively contribute to the growth of the team.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team within one of the largest construction companies in Latin America.

• Develop digital products that address complex challenges and redefine the interaction between businesses and consumers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Conduct independent investigations and discovery processes in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.

• Simplify complex contexts and challenges into clear, elegant journeys, flows, and user experiences.

• Facilitate ideation sessions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and prioritize hypotheses for testing.

• Design interfaces with exceptional visual and functional quality, ensuring compliance with the design system and its ongoing development.

• Implement best practices and collaborative routines with developers to guarantee high-quality output.

• Assess and recommend ongoing improvements based on data, research findings, and usability metrics.

• Possess a strong understanding of Web and Mobile interaction patterns and their specific nuances.

• Act as a technical and strategic resource for other designers and stakeholders.

• Experience in managing complex projects.

• Exhibit strategic thinking and a commitment to excellence in execution.

• Comfortable working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in navigating ambiguous or rapidly changing contexts.

• Proficient in Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Claude Code, and Copilot.
