Product Designer, Growth – Senior/Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete product and visual design, ensuring high-quality UI/UX.

• Define and conduct experiments to gather insights.

• Engage in customer research to inform design decisions.

• Evaluate prototypes and enhance the user experience based on findings.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify features and address technical limitations.

• Refine designs and guarantee a smooth handoff for implementation.

• Familiarize yourself with Monarch’s design system within the initial 90 days.

• Assume responsibility for product design projects that improve the experience for new members.

• Enhance onboarding processes and user experiences for newcomers.

• Participate in A/B testing, as well as initiatives aimed at customer engagement and retention.

• Create product experiences that enable Monarch to reach a broader audience and support their journey toward financial success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of design experience across mobile and web platforms at a consumer-oriented company.

• Strong capabilities in visual design.

• Keen attention to detail.

• A systems-thinking mindset.

• Proven experience collaborating with founders, product managers, and engineers.

• Background in designing experiments and managing end-to-end 0-1 experiences.

• Ability to work independently and proactively identify obstacles.

• Proficiency in selecting relevant tools, including Figma, Claude design, or code.

• Understanding of processes related to paid and organic marketing channels.

• A portfolio showcasing your work is required.

• Capacity to collaborate synchronously primarily between 9 AM and 2 PM PT.
