This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the comprehensive design process from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity design and execution.
β’ Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continually enhance the platform.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate swiftly in an agile setting.
β’ Advocate for the customer perspective in every decision, transforming insights into a collective understanding for the team.
β’ Develop journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that guide product decisions.
β’ Balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations to produce products that enhance satisfaction and spur growth.
β’ Recognize and prioritize UX enhancements across the platform and contribute to the evolving design system.
β’ Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across all platform experiences.
β’ Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, and make iterative improvements.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and execution.
β’ 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies.
β’ A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and reasoning, not just final screens.
β’ Strong UI design skills with a commitment to creating accessible and functional interfaces.
β’ Experience in designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications.
β’ A solid product-oriented mindset β capable of understanding customer needs and motivations and translating them into product opportunities.
β’ Ability to think broadly about end-to-end experiences and communicate trade-offs within a larger ecosystem.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving, undefined projects.
β’ Proficient in clearly expressing ideas, reasoning through decisions, and using storytelling to engage stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with agile methodologies.
β’ Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
