Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design process from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity design and execution.

• Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continually enhance the platform.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate swiftly in an agile setting.

• Advocate for the customer perspective in every decision, transforming insights into a collective understanding for the team.

• Develop journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that guide product decisions.

• Balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations to produce products that enhance satisfaction and spur growth.

• Recognize and prioritize UX enhancements across the platform and contribute to the evolving design system.

• Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across all platform experiences.

• Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, and make iterative improvements.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies.

• A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and reasoning, not just final screens.

• Strong UI design skills with a commitment to creating accessible and functional interfaces.

• Experience in designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications.

• A solid product-oriented mindset — capable of understanding customer needs and motivations and translating them into product opportunities.

• Ability to think broadly about end-to-end experiences and communicate trade-offs within a larger ecosystem.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving, undefined projects.

• Proficient in clearly expressing ideas, reasoning through decisions, and using storytelling to engage stakeholders.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
