Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the design of product features from conception to delivery, including understanding the problem, creating designs, and supporting implementation.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Create intuitive and efficient interfaces for intricate sales workflows, such as pipelines, tables, and dashboards.

• Influence the mobile experience of the product, starting with responsive web design and adapting complex interfaces for smaller screens.

• Perform lightweight user research and usability testing to validate concepts and enhance designs.

• Contribute to the design system by developing and refining reusable components and interaction patterns.

• Work closely with developers to convey design intentions, address implementation queries, and guarantee the quality of delivered features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio showcasing completed work that illustrates the design process, decision-making skills, and individual contributions.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, especially for complex, data-rich interfaces.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including capabilities in prototyping and creating reusable components.

• Experience in collaborating with and contributing to design systems.

• Ability to take charge of features and work autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in partnership with developers.

• Proficiency in English.
