Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create user-centric experiences that align with customer and business objectives.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile applications.

• Engage in user research, conduct customer interviews, and perform usability testing.

• Convert user feedback and product requirements into effective design solutions.

• Contribute to and uphold design standards across the platform.

• Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices.

• Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, insights from customers, and product performance.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to grasp customer needs and enhance the overall user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication abilities and skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• A portfolio showcasing experience in digital product or SaaS application design.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related position.

• Preferred experience in SaaS environments.

• Must be able to provide documentation that authorizes legal work in the United States of America.

• Ability to perform cognitive tasks such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, integrating information, decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehension.

• Ability to consistently operate a computer and office productivity equipment.
