Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to uncover UX challenges and opportunities by understanding product vision and requirements.

• Work in tandem with software engineers throughout the entire process to maximize user and business impact while enabling trade-offs.

• Perform user experience research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration between product and engineering teams.

• Comprehend intricate product workflows and translate them into intuitive user flows, consistent component behaviors, and a cohesive style.

• Oversee the overarching vision and daily challenges associated with developing a complex user-facing product.

• Cultivate a supportive atmosphere within the close-knit team.

• Partner with other departments within the company to discover synergies and ensure a cohesive, seamless user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Designer across various platforms, such as web applications and third-party integrations, or in developing and maintaining a Design System.

• A positive demeanor and strong empathy for end users and team members.

• Proficient in leading the design process through all phases from discovery to final delivery and post-launch evaluation.

• An iterative design methodology.

• Decisions and designs informed by data and user insights.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to unite teams around a design vision.

• Familiarity with AI as a foundational skill and readiness to contribute to designing AI-driven features and intelligence within the product.

• Experience in user research.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
