This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of specific product features within a quarterly timeframe.
• Convert intricate technical cybersecurity data into user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
• Utilize human-centered design techniques, including success scenarios, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop hypotheses that address both customer and business requirements.
• Validate design choices through both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize initiatives on the roadmap and assess design effectiveness.
• Deliver quarterly feature updates that impact team KPIs.
• Implement Object-Oriented UX to build reusable components and efficient workflows.
• Utilize and contribute to the collective design system.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers and Engineering teams as a strategic design collaborator.
• Engage in design discussions and participate in internal community initiatives.
• Report directly to the Director of Product Design.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Demonstrated experience in product or UX design, especially in SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform settings.
• Experience in a cybersecurity firm is a plus but not mandatory.
• Profound knowledge of human-computer interaction principles.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial AI tools to enhance the design workflow.
• Capacity to collaborate closely with product managers, engineering partners, and external clients.
• Strong enthusiasm for Object-Oriented UX (OOUX).
• Experience in grounding design decisions in fundamental human motivations.
• A strong growth mindset, which includes setting personal goals and providing as well as receiving constructive feedback.
• Must have the right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
