📋 Description

• Collaborate within a small team to continuously enhance user experience.

• Guide new features from concept through prototyping, user testing, and final production.

• Create clean and elegant web interfaces that prioritize simplicity and intuitiveness.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to transform ideas into seamless user flows.

• Maintain and enhance the Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Report directly to the Head of Design while taking ownership of key aspects of the product.

• Strike a balance between speed and quality to deliver impactful work efficiently.

• Enhance the core platform dashboard used for bookkeeping, tax services, and intricate financial workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer.

• Strong skills in UX thinking, visual design, and effective written communication.

• Deeply user-oriented, with a focus on designing with empathy and clarity.

• A proactive problem-solver who takes the initiative and sees projects through to completion.

• Naturally self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.

• Proficient in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems.

• A genuine interest in doola’s mission and its impact.

• Experience at startups or within small, agile cross-functional teams is a valuable asset.

• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
