Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate Product Design projects from inception to completion, aligning user needs with product strategy, clinical outcomes, and business goals.

• Organize and execute high-complexity qualitative and quantitative research.

• Develop research strategies, synthesize data, and convert insights into actionable guidance for various products and teams.

• Simplify complex issues into flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.

• Establish and enhance experience patterns, Design System, accessibility standards, and interface quality.

• Collaborate as a strategic ally with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, Growth, and clinical teams.

• Drive prioritization, roadmap development, and product choices using data, research, and systems thinking.

• Create frameworks for assessing experience, including metrics, hypotheses, and experimental designs.

• Spearhead continuous improvement efforts by utilizing behavioral data, research insights, feedback, and experimentation.

• Act as a technical resource for Product Designers through design critiques, mentorship, quality assessments, and dissemination of best practices.

• Investigate Artificial Intelligence, personalization, automation, and data-driven design within the digital health landscape.

• Advocate for Product Design in strategic discussions and foster a user-centered culture.

• Serve as a technical authority in Product Design, addressing the organization's most challenging issues.

• Impact strategic product choices by linking user experience, business objectives, and clinical implications.

• Operate beyond your immediate team, fostering alignment, consistency, and the evolution of experiences across products and teams.

• Regularly refine the Design System, experience patterns, and the quality of design craftsmanship.

• Formulate frameworks for research, experimentation, and evaluation.

• Convert qualitative and quantitative insights into clear guidance for product and business decisions.

• Mentor and develop fellow designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and support.

• Investigate and integrate emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence.

• Possess experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or similarly regulated environments.

• Familiarity with LGPD regulations, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles.

• Background in Design Systems, information architecture, service design, and mapping intricate journeys.

• Proficient in research methodologies, experimentation, and frameworks for measuring experiences.

• Understanding of data visualization, personalization, behavioral science, and gamification principles.

• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence in the design process or developing AI-enabled products, such as LLMs, agents, copilots, or conversational interfaces.

• Knowledgeable in motion design, microinteractions, and creating visually appealing interfaces.

• Previous experience with digital product consultancies or in high-complexity settings.

• Actively engaged in the Design community through writing articles, giving talks, mentoring, conducting workshops, or producing content.
